• Design reports based on client requirements. Using Seagate Crystal Reports, Seagate Info, ASP, and HTML.

• Required reports used Oracle views and Crystal queries to access data. Oracle system would receive up to 50,000 documents per day; views and queries summarized data to reduce number of records required for reports.

• Reports were generated based on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-to-date time frame, exported to HTML and Excel formats. Users displayed HTML pages utilizing ASP to select regional center, time frame and format for viewing.

o Seagate Info (predecessor to Business Objects Xi R1) to store and schedule reports
